At Cristallini, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if your garment is not the perfect fit, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with security tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn garment in its original Cristallini packaging, ensuring all designer labels and protective seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
